Prince - Félicie Chrétien was the first born daughter of a French Baron and was raised with all the luxury his wealth could afford. She was betrothed to a Spanish Viscount but on her way to his home the party she was traveling with was attacked. Félicie was taken by the Gangrel and embraced. Once Félicie had proved herself on the streets of Barcelona, Pilar, her sire, taught her everything she needed to know about being Kindred.
Félicie moved to Canada sometime in the 1700s and settled in Montreal not long after. When the prince disappeared in 1935, Félicie made a bid for the throne and was able to take it over. Unfortunately, her two main supporters were killed shortly afterward, and Cesar Ash began to undermine her authority. Unable to compete with his power, Félicie did what she could to control the city and waited for an opportunity to take Cesar out.
When Kiran Michaels behead Cesar, Félicie did not hesitate to seize control. She has been working hard to eradicate any and all of Cesar’s followers and gain a tight hold on the rest of the Kindred population in Montreal.

Marc Beaudouin was a French trapper in the mid 1700s, traveling extensively in the area around what is now Montreal with his family. Shortly after his father was killed in by natives in the area, Marc stumbled upon Félicie who, fascinated by his woodland skills, took him as a ghoul. He served her well for many, many years, content to be her right hand, but he agreed to be embraced when she made her bid to retake power in the city.

Saville Lévesque was born to the working class in Halifax, Nova Scotia. After studying for several years to become a surgeon, he travelled up the St. Lawrence River to Montreal, where he established a Medical practice. Not long afterward he met Marc Beaudouin, who introduced him to Félicie Chrétien. Saville fell in love with the beautiful woman and gladly agreed to become her ghoul.
