	Previous Primogen - Cesar Ash was the ghoul of a powerful Toreador in Italy for many years before his embrace. He was never a 'nice guy', and enjoyed inflicting pain and embarrassment on those he thought beneath him. He came to the new world in the late 1800s, and settled in Montreal not long after that. Cesar gained the council seat in 1975 when he diablerized the existing Primogen. No one knew much of his misdeed, and it could be mere coincidence that shortly after his rise to power a war started between the Magi of Sky House and the Werewolves of Red Moon Pack. Cesar reveled in everything his power has brought him, and was very fond of beautiful women. It was his downfall. He was killed by a vengeful Kiran Michaels. 	Primogen - Christine Blake was Cesar's ghoul for nearly 20 years before he favored her with the embrace. In return for the gift of vampirism, she continued to sleep with him, even though she hated deceiving his wife, Angelina. While Drake was off chasing the men who’d killed his sire, Christine acted as Sherriff, but now that he’s returned and Cesar is dead, she has been elevated to clan Primogen. 	Latice was forcibly embraced by Cesar Ash, a fact that she hated him for. She had to hide that hatred when he became Primogen, though her title as Sheriff gave her some protection against him. Her forced embrace wasn't the only reason she didn't like him, she just couldn't prove most of the rest of the reasons. Latice met her final death at the hands of a serial killer. 	Drake was never a fan of the hippy movement that went through in the 60s. He joined the army and became involved in the black ops. By the time he was released from the service in 1968, he was deadly with a gun. Any gun. Latice watched him in a gunfight one night, and would have helped him, but it was obvious he needed no help. She was so impressed with him, she approached him with an offer that she promised would change his life. Drake was intrigued by the promise that he would be able to increase his skills, he accepted. He didn’t even mind when he found out he had to die first. His sire was the Sheriff of Montreal, and for many years he worked at her side to keep the city safe for Kindred and Kine alike. Then one night he found Latice’s remains. Vowing to enact vengeance on her murderer, he spent the next few months ruling out anyone in the city as a suspect, and settled on a quest to avenge her death. Drake has traveled for the last ten years searching for the serial killer he believes took Latice’s unlife. His quest has taken him to Europe and throughout North America.
