Frank “Red Moon Rising” is something of a legend among the Bastet that live in the American South. No one really knows how old he is, or where he comes from, though his Native American ancestry is most evident. Frank has no problem standing up to anyone, and has confidence in his abilities to best pretty much anything in battle, though he prefers to use words over violence. He joined the interracial council in 2002 to help battle the new breed of hunters.

Harold is the only one of his kind willing to identify himself in Nashville. For many years he has sat back and watched the other shapeshifters do little or nothing to help keep the peace in the city, while he has done his best to help the innocent. Harold sees the interracial council as a way to convince others to his way of thinking.
