The Gangrel run wild in the area around Nasvhille, usually with a pack of Lupines with whom they have a good relationship. While there was a short time when a Gangrel was prince of the city, now the clan prefers to stay out of Kindred politics.

Primogen - James Taylor was born in Maine but came to Nashville with the promise of finding a job. The job didn’t pan out, but he gained the interest of Alida Collins while he was looking for another one. James became Primogen when his predecessor was revealed to be part of a conspiracy to take control of the city.

Scourge - Rita was embraced in the mid 1970s as part of an effort on the then Primogen’s part to bring up the number of Gangrel in the city. Rita has difficulties controlling the animalist aspects of her nature, which makes hunting very easy for her. She spends most of her time patrolling the outskirts of the city, many nights in wolf form.

John Gardiner was once a member of the Victorian Parliament in Australia. For nearly a century he manipulated the Australian government, first directly, then indirectly through a number of ghouls. After a fire in 1927, John spent nearly 70 years in torpor, deep in the earth. When he woke, he found his country was much changed from what he remembered. He began to roam the earth, and eventually found himself in Nashville.

Ed Jorgensen grew up outside of Chicago in the 1920s and 30s. He shipped off to France like so many others in World War II, and one night was ahead of his squad on patrol when he was jumped by a damn big wolf. Thinking him dead, his unit buried him in a shallow grave and moved on. The next night, Ed clawed his way out of the frozen earth, and tried to figure out what happened. He managed to make it back to the US and traveled around the country, working odd jobs in stables and zoos, until John caught up with him and they began traveling together.

Roberto Juarez was an auto mechanic when he was embraced by Jessie Woods in the early 1980s. He still loves to work on cars in his spare time, often creating very fast sleeper cars that are in high demand in the city.

Emmet Beckman wanted nothing more in life than to do the same thing his father had done; be a damn good cop. For many years that goal sustained him, until one night he was shot in a liquor store robbery. James fed him blood to heal him, and continues feeding Emmet blood in exchange for information.

Jessie Woods came to Nashville to get away from the small town he’d lived in all his life. He went to school for a few years before he decided that education wasn’t for him. Jessie works at one of the local convention centers by day, and runs the streets with James Taylor at night.
