Rodney Gilbert hunted Vampires and Shapeshifters for many years until a hunting accident made it too dangerous for him to do the leg work. Now he is the information man, well versed in lore and mythology. |

Brenda Moorecock was born and raised in Las Vegas. She met Michael Moorecock when he came to town for a teacher’s convention. They had a long distance relationship, and eventually married and moved to Nashville. In 1995, she gave birth to a little girl named Anna Nicole, and in 1998 she had Brenna Michelle.
Brenda attended NU studying preternatural biology and fell in with Jason Kline, a hunter. With Michael's encouragement, she became one of the best slayers in the area. When vampires became legal citizens, Brenda received her executioner’s license and continued to hunt vampires legally.
When Jason was killed by one of the local vampires, she fought for and got a death warrant for Christina Graves. She carried it out while The Spaniard was out of town and he has sworn revenge. |

Rafe Brown was born in Salem but raised in Nashville. His parents came to America from Mexico and he as strong connections with his hispanic roots. After moving into the adjoining condo from Michael and Brenda Moorecock, he became involved in vampire hunting.
Because Rafe lacked the base hatred for vampires that most hunters have, Christina Graves gave him a packet of letters to give to The Spaniard when he returned from Helena after her death at Brenda's hands. |

Vivian Love is learning the hunting trade from Rodney Gilbert. She holds no real interest in hunting, however, she does hold an intense interest in Michael Moorecock. She believes that in time she will be able to... encourage an accident that will cause Brenda Moorcock's death. Greiving men are vulnerable to another woman, after all. |
